This Week

You're Not Stuck.

You're Out of Alignment.

There was a season of my life where everything looked right from the outside. But inside, something felt off.

I was training hard. Showing up. Doing the things I was supposed to do. But there was this quiet tension. Like I was gripping a barbell that wasn't mine to lift.

Not wrong. Just not mine.

I remember sitting in my car after a long day, hands on the wheel. Not exhausted from the work. From the disconnect. That gap between who I was living as and who I knew I could be.

It didn't explode all at once. It whispered.

That's the moment everything changes. Not when life forces you. When truth calls you.

Each week, one story. One tip. One action.

1   Story

This week's conversation with Wade Critides explored what it really looks like to walk away from a life that works but doesn't fit.

Wade had the structure. The career. The stability. But he also had the awareness to realize that safety without alignment is just a slower version of regret.

So he made the move. Not because he had it all figured out. Because he trusted that becoming the right person would create the right life.

They're trying to build a better life without becoming someone new. And it doesn't work like that.

1   Tip

If you feel stuck, tired, or disconnected — don't start with your goals.

Start with your energy. Your energy is the first domino. Before you overhaul your life, ask yourself:

01 Am I sleeping like someone who respects their future?
02 Am I eating like someone who values their body?
03 Am I moving like someone who wants to feel alive?

You don't need a new plan. You need a better baseline.

When your energy shifts, your decisions follow.

1   Action

Take 10 minutes today and write this down.

"If I stopped pretending, what would I change?"

No filters. No logic. No what will people think. Just truth.

Then ask: what's one small move I can make toward that today?

Not tomorrow. Not next week.

Today.

The life you're meant to live isn't found in some big breakthrough.

It's forged in small, honest actions stacked over time.

You don't need permission. You need movement.

Stay on the hunt for who you've not yet become.
